NOTICE: To All Town of Penney Farms Water Utility Customers
This notice is to inform you that the Town of Penney Farms has passed Resolution 2020-06, which includes a Water and Wastewater rate increase. This Resolution will become effective on April 21, 2020 and will be reflected on your individual utility bills, beginning on the June 1, 2020 billing cycle, for the water usage in May, which shall be billed in arrears.
Please be advised this increase is based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 1.79% for 2020. This increase will be reviewed and considered every year. On average, each household’s monthly utility bill will be increased by $0.89 for Water and Wastewater charges.
