This notice is to inform you that the Town of Penney Farms has passed Resolution 2022-11, which includes a Wastewater rate increase. This Resolution will become
effective on September 20, 2022 and will be reflected on your individual utility bills, beginning on the November 1, 2022 billing cycle, for the Wastewater usage in October, which shall be billed in arrears. READ MORE

TO ALL TOWN OF PENNEY FARMS WATER UTILITY CUSTOMERS

This notice is to inform you that the Town of Penney Farms has passed Resolution 2022-01, which includes a Water and Wastewater rate increase. This Resolution will become effective on April 19, 2022 and will be reflected on your individual utility bills, beginning on the June 1, 2022 billing cycle, for the usage in May, which shall be billed in arrears.

Please be advised this increase is based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 4.53% for 2022. This increase will be reviewed and considered every year. On average, each household’s monthly utility bill will be increased by $2.34 for Water and Wastewater charges.

The Town of Penney Farms is proud to offer water, sewer, and garbage pick up to its residents. These services are all paid for through your Utility Bill. It is the mission of the city to provide accurate utility bills in a timely manner to our residents.

This page has been provided to give you information about our utility billing practices. Also, new customers are able to get information on establishing new service.

Paying your utility bill
Utility Bills are issued on the 1st of each month or if it falls on a weekend, they are issued on the next business day. Utility Bills are late after 15 days, after that the late fee is 10% of your utility bill, plus a $3.00 late notice charge and there will be a $30.00 fee for re-connection of services.

What forms of payment are accepted? 
Cash, check and money order are forms accepted when paying your utility bill. You may use our dropbox or lobby service when paying your bill or mail your payment to
PO Box 1041, Penney Farms FL 32079. 

Our Residential Garbage Pick-Up is On Monday ONLY! If there is a holiday then the Town of Penney Farms will pick up on the next business day.
